Sound of Abundance of Rain

Beloved, I want to specially encourage you with the word of God that, “there is a sound of abundance of rain” 1 Kings 18:41. You may be in the middle of a drought, you may not see any evidence of rain in the sky. Elijah in the reference scripture, did not say he saw, he said he heard. The ‘sound’ is your sign that the rain is on its way in Jesus mighty name. The rain is certainly and speedily coming. There is now, no further cause for anxiety or alarm. Can you hear the sound of abundance of rain? That means your ear has picked up a signal in the airwaves. Your ear has picked up the vibration of something that is coming. You cannot see it, you cannot touch it, you do not feel it, but it is on the way. How do you know it is coming this way? Because the sound is getting louder all the time, the closer it gets; the louder the sound becomes.
‘I hear the sound of abundance of rain’ Elijah spoke those words in a place and a time where there had not been one drop of water from the sky or dew on the ground, in three and half years. What does rain signify? It means life, recovery, restoration, the rivers will run again, fish will be caught again, the crops will grow again, there will be joy where there has been sorrow, there will be laughter where there has been weeping. God said I should prophesy to you; it is getting ready to rain, the rain is on its way, I hear the sound of abundance of rain. For somebody reading this today, your rain is on the way. Help is on the way, the answer is on the way, the breakthrough is on the way. There is just something powerful about knowing that your miracle is on the way; that puts a fire back in your belly and a fight in your spirit, it gives you the strength to hold on. The strength to step forward. The desire to expect. The capacity to dream again. It comes with hearing that sound of abundance of rain.
For someone reading this article, you have prayed and fasted, you have cried and confessed the word and from every natural evidence; the situation is not improving or it might even be getting worse. Beloved, change is in the atmosphere, the rain is coming, restoration is coming, healing is coming, peace is coming, and joy is coming. I hear the sound of the abundance of rain. I do not see any evidence, but I hear it. “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God” (Rom 10:17). Faith has come. This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (1 John 5:4). Somebody’s faith is going to another level today, somebody who has been struggling through the wilderness of ‘just enough’ and ‘barely getting by’ is getting ready to go into overflow. Somebody is going to change addresses today. From today, some of the things that use to hinder you and pull you down, will no longer bother you anymore because you will not be living in that same condition anymore.
There is a God in Heaven that is interested in your affairs. He has spoken by His word that He will not leave you nor forsake you, (Heb 13: 5). He says He will help you. Your days and years of reproach are over. Arise eat, for there is a sound of abundance of rain. Rise up, stand up, and look up in the name of Jesus. All the help you need is coming from above and so shall it be forever in Jesus name. Amen. It is a season of abundance of rain. God bless you.
